Jayna knew from a young age that she had the passion to become an entrepreneur. From the age of fifteen to graduating from Sacramento State in 2007, she has worked her way up to the top of each position at the companies she worked. By 2011, she was the Northern California District Manager for a large retail chain. Jayna dreamed of opening a new location for the company in her hometown of Folsom, CA. She was given the opportunity to negotiate the lease by the Owner. By successfully negotiating her first deal, she got her store. Little did Jayna know, this new opportunity would introduce her to her new passion for Commercial Real Estate. The greatest win from the experience was that she was offered a position to start up the Property Management division with GQNorth. They saw how Jayna utilized her drive, management skills and professionalism.

Beginning from scratch, she grew the Property Management division to over thirty properties. While working on a lease in 2018 with the owner of KCM, Inc. (Judy Cruz), Jayna immediately knew she found her mentor. From that moment, Judy also felt she found the next woman to lead the company into the next era. Combining her portfolio with KCM’s, Judy and Jayna partnered up for the next four years to grow and evolve KCM to where it is today. After obtaining her Broker’s license, Jayna soon took over and became President and Owner of KCM, while Judy enjoys retirement.

Jayna is a hardworking, intelligent, loyal and genuine woman. She holds value in the virtues of wisdom, justice, courage and moderation in life. She is grateful for every challenge and opportunity that has led her to today. Jayna believes that every great leader is only as great as their team and understands the value in all her employees and vendors. Jayna is determined to continue to keep the honorable reputation of KCM Commercial Property Management as the strong women before her did.
